Bob Jones
Bob Jones was raised in Colorado. He worked as a police officer while earning a bachelors degree in Mathematics. After graduating from college, Bob went on active duty in the U.S. Air Force where he served as an instructor pilot and an aerospace physiologist. After 7 years on active duty service, Bob moved to northern Virginia and went into the real estate development and building business.
After moving to NOVA, Bob built a subdivision on which his future business partner Dennis Mastie Sr. purchased a house 3 doors down from his. It turned out that they had a lot in common, having both been former police officers, veterans and now both working in real estate development.
Dennis had extensive experience in the self-storage business and Bob had the building expertise. In 2000 they joined forces, building Backlick Storage and Telegraph Storage. Shortcomings with previous management companies led Bob and Dennis to found Storage Partners LLC in 2015 to take over management of the 2 sites on January 1st, 2016.
